Orders placed before midnight on Sunday go out with Monday's roast. Orders placed before midnight on Wednesday go out with Thursday's. Everything ships within 48 hours of roasting.

Cairo and Giza take two to three working days. Everywhere else in Egypt takes three to five. Shipping is a flat 70 EGP and free on orders over 1,500 EGP.

Cash on delivery and card payment are both available at checkout. Card payments are handled by PayMob; we never see or store your card details.

Gear can be returned unused and in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. Coffee cannot be returned once opened, for the obvious reason, but if a bag arrives damaged, stale or simply wrong, email us and we will replace it or refund you.
